ACF – 1MF Coriolis mass flow meter use the principle that fluid is in a rotating system while linear motion, which will produce a direct mass flow meter with corilios principle that is proportional to the mass flow rate. Began in the early 1950s, but it was not until the mid-70s, this flow meter came to the market. To middle and later 80s, this flow meter was developed by instrument factories worldwide.  ACF – 1MF coriolis mass flow meter is independent research and development product manufactured by our company, product performance reaches the international advanced level, mass flow meter is high accuracy and can simultaneously measure the parameters such as flow, temperature and density. Measure theory
Coriolis mass flow meter is a kind of new instrument to measure fluid mass flow rate directly and precisely, when the fluid flows in the rotating tube, it will produce a force to the wall, which is found by Coriolis when he studied the turbine, it was Coriolis force for short. Mass flow meter is based on coriolis force, there are two parallel vibrating-tubes inside the sensor, center is equipped with drive coil, both sides equipped with coil vibration pickings, excitation voltage offered by transmitter was added to the drive coil, the vibration tube do reciprocating cycle, when the fluid medium flows through the vibration tube during the industrial process, it will produce coriolis force effect on the vibration tube to make the two vibration tubes torsional vibration, the coils installed on both sides will generate two groups of different signals, the signal difference is proportional to the mass flow rate of fluid flowing through the sensor. Computer calculates the mass flow through the vibration control. For different density mediums flow through the sensor, the vibration frequency of the vibration pipe is different, which can calculate the medium density. The platinum resistance installed on the sensor vibration control can indirectly measure the temperature of the medium.
